Charlie is a fearless and determined young girl captivated by the mysteries of the paranormal. Despite the doubts of her skeptical peers, she and her loyal sidekick relentlessly investigate the supernatural phenomena in their town. There’s just one catch—Charlie has never actually seen a ghost. But that small detail won’t stop her from chasing the unknown.

This character concept originated as part of my character design class at Capilano University. The assignment challenged us to create a dynamic scene that told a compelling story, with the potential for further development. Charlie became my exploration of curiosity, determination, and the thrill of the unexplained, brought to life through storytelling and design.
